第17回観光料理の祭典で受賞

2017年9月20日に開催されました、第17回観光料理の祭典技能コンクールにて、弊荘が湯河原観光協会賞を受賞いたしました。

今年は約30の旅館・ホテルが出典し、鎬を削りあいました。
光料理をテーマに調理を行い、専門家たち約20名が調理技術、創造芸術性、材料原価などを基準に審査します。

We are honored to be awarded the Yugawara Tourism Association Award at the 17 th Tourism Food Competition on September 20, 2017.

Around 30 ryokan and hotels participated in this competition, and cooking skill, creativity artistic, and material cost etc. were judged by 20 experts.

We are happy to share the photo and awarded certification.

We will not let past successes make my proud, and keep challenging to enhance awesome taste.
